The Start

I played football for 10 years, including a year and a half at the University Of Utah. Over those years I was working out every day eating right and looking good. Due to a obscene amount of concussions I had to stop playing the sport that defined me and made me who I am today. So I went from eating right and working out hard to nothing, fast, 240 lbs %1 body fat and an 8 pack to 230 lbs lots of fat and no more muscle to show. I am not doing this to just look good or conform to what "society" thinks I should look like, I am doing this for my wife and my future baby I am having in september of this year. I dont want to have to say "No daddys to tired" to my son or daughter when they ask me to play.
